This a modern day DOUCHE. That's right, the little lady is getting her insides cleaned out before or after that important date.
A 200 year old douche was found in an old garbage pile in NYC. Another was there too, just less of it. Who knew the douche had to be in good shape before anyone wanted to collect it?
Thank God I didn't find it. I would have thought it was a whistle.
