Russia put a ban on lacey under panties coming into the country because they don't have enough cotton in them. 30 women decided to walk around with their lacey panties off and in view. Some wore them on their heads to protest the law. Yes they went to jail. Many Russian women are sick of panties being so drab and plain. I would love to see the blond wear her lacey undies.
