Our state wants to give more convicts free school. Not hard labor out in the yard. Books to read and learn how to be smarter criminals. Wow we are just full of ideas in Albany today. I say give them a big pile of rocks to break and some small hammers. We send men to military jails and they have to break rocks all day. men that saw combat in some cases and just went down the wrong path. Frak the books for people who just can't find a real life.
