I laugh my ass off every-time I watch the movie.     But you really don't want it legal on the streets coming out of a lab.     Just telling the way it is.      It just doesn't work out so neat in real life.    People die.     People some times want to die.     Drugs (even some legal ones) tend to ruin lives.    If only the real down and out sick people got the stuff (because they need it), everything would be super cool.      But if you look at some of the states that have programs already, problems are already in the wind.
