Think about it. Stalin has nothing between him and the world after a time traveler takes out Hitler. Time has ran out for everyone after that one.
Killing Hitler would un-ravel so many things in history. Good and bad. We would wake up to a world so very different without the man. Maybe good, maybe real bad? Very hard to play that one out.
