The little monster made it law that you have to have your hair cut just like him or you won't be happy-happy. In fact all hair cuts in North Korea have been under state guidelines for some time. You go to a state haircutting shop and they bowl cut your hair so you look just like the little shit who owns the country. Yippy!
As it is I do have my hair cut just like our leader. But he didn't make me do it.
