Lady calls 911 in Portland and tells the operator she is being attacked by a dude in chains with a large knife. Dude was tripping on acid and decided to become a High Elf and attack his enemies. Omg she thought he was a pirate. So she crying a pirate is attacking her on the phone, the police think she might be high, show up and find a High Elf is out for blood. Can you say TAZER?
