Did anyone get a tat on State Street next to the barber shop? Hey it is all cool. The dude hooked into their power system and took some juice to do your tat. You can't make the crap up. Man how could anyone think they can run a shop with power from another business?
Makes one wonder what other corners the dude cut to sell his art.
