People with breathing problems can talk during an attack dummy!       They can carry on and even write down (Please get me help!).        But they thought the person was okay as long as they could talk and (WOW!) they were wrong.       It's people who are choking to death that can't talk (FROM A BLOCK-AGE!).       When your air way starts to shut up for good.....You can ask for help for a long time before death.      Man how stupid!
