Man kills two other men because he knows they are getting ready to have sex with boys! Award or jail?

Medals or jail for a man that killed children molesters?       He found out they were grooming boys to have sex with.      So he killed them!      He in my thinking did the world a favor.      But in the mind of the state he murdered two men in cold blood.     Very hard one to decide.
