I'm not loving it! I went there today to get my wife a quick meal on her way to work. Right from the get go I should have drove away. They came on in a slow week voice and said their electronic system was off and it was cash only. Okay we said. Then after a long drawn out order process we still ended up with the wrong stuff! I kid you not. It was like ordering from E-or from Winey the dam poo! So me being a dumb ass went back to get my food. I ordered ten sausage burritos (yes some were for my son). It not only took for ever for E-or (again) to seem like she was taking the order, I also had to hear about the whole electronic problem again. After sitting for over 25 minutes behind this lady just screaming, motor off, I got my food. So sure I asked who the boss was. MIKE was in charge they said. I corrected that by saying he should be out on the floor and in charge! Any way after a long online fill out the bitch email to the corp. I am still pissed!
Why do stores like this have no back-up plan in place for days when stuff just isn't going their way? Electronics or a lack of them shuts the place down because (this is me) the staff isn't smart enough to over-come the problem. The man or lady in charge is not in charge! Has no training on what to do if the machines are not telling them how to help people. This has to be fixed in our country. Without a computer helping them, most people are a lump of dirt.
Sure if I didn't get the food I wasn't going to die. But man! I work hard too. I expect some kind of service for my hard earned pay. I expect some level of help. Or you should sell the places to someone who wants to run them and can think without the electronic system! I believe that's the worst problem with the places.....The owner never sets a foot in it! WHY IS THAT?
