This just proves you are really better off living in this country and not another. I don't know about you, I have never seen horns growing on Americans. But this dude had one. He also sawed it off or tried to. I love America!
I read the link and am still freaked the hell out. Just like Hell Boy he cuts the horn with a saw every so many weeks and has done so for 35 years. It is common in some countries.
