Oil leaks in the Gulf all the time?

Several oil slicks are seen daily in the Gulf from all the many oil wells on the ocean.     But little to nothing is done.    Read the link, it's crazy how nothing is done about oil just going down our river ways and into wet lands.     BP it seems is not done paying for their problems.
