Maybe people in the area are getting smart? I can't believe it. But arrest numbers tell. One stupid man driving real drunk arrested by the city police. Zero by county and zero by the state police. WOW! I think Watertown and the area should by everyone a cookie. Some little prize for waking up to the fact that jail time is no fun.
